Told the auctioneer I'd be back...

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
this guy literally knew everything and had a story behind every item, selling on value rather than price, something i really like for events like this. Went to this auction and was impressed. I've been to many auctions in my life so I looked them up on the web and found this website. I have mixed feelings about review sites because if one person has a bad experience they want to possibly ruin it for others. I can say with confidence that this auction house is a solid one and people who participate should take it for what they will. If you can't handle the thrill of the auction then you may want to reconsider!

Art is framed

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The best thing I have to say about Windsor is that the art that they sell all has frames and a lot of the times the frames are more expensive than the piece, they cut their losses I guess but you should definitely use them if you are looking for art because a custom frame is VERY expensive. They also have prints for those who don't want to buy expensive originals...really nice stuff I have to say very impressed just went last weekend for the first time! Auctioneer was so funny, I can see why they hired him. cheers guys.

Had fun and will go back

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I was a bit confused in the beginning because I didn't know how to claim the items we bid on but I jus twaited around and finally talked to the supervisor at the event she was very nice and told me to just show her my bidding card. got a coupon in my mailbox and went on a whim and ended up getting a tapestry that the auctioneer said they didn't know much about but figured it would look nice in my home. bid against another gentleman and I ended up winning. I will say that the auction brings out many different characters but the art and jewelry were beautiful

Super fun experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I looked them up on the internet after I got a postcard from them and felt obligated to post on here after actually going to the auction...it was great. I see lots of people on here claiming scams, but I see no proof. Everything I saw at the show was so elegant and amazing, their jewelry girls and the auctioneer were just great. Would recommend even for some weekend fun. If these people were actually scammers then they wouldn't be able to constantly run such great events. Some people actually brought their kids to the event. I never usually write stuff on the intenret but after seeing all these complaints that made me worry, I can say that my in person experience did not reflect them in the slightest.

Exciting, laid back, amazing art

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Fun crowd if your lucky and auctioneer is a real character..in a good way. Even if your not gonna buy i would definitely go to an event just to watch the people bid and view the amazing art. I am a huge tarkay fan and they had a bunch of tarkay prints, not originals but still good quality if your looking for stuff like that...good frames too. I did not buy this time around but once im in the market this will be where i go since its cheaper than the big galleries in NY and such. would reccommend.

Do not buy anything from this auctioneer. All items are fake, All the certificates are also fake, and the same CEO makes the certificates.

I went to a few of their auctions and was impressed by the collection. All of it including the way everything was conducted was legit. GIA for jewelry is important and hard to counterfeit. There are many complaints on here but if you have a complaint you might as well take it up with the auction house themselves as I know they are pretty lenient with helping out customers that arent happy. Rolexes were beautiful and real, even brought a friend who is a watch enthusiast and agrees. Obviously I can't really prove it to anyone on here, but the certificate in person should be enough. For anyone who hasnt been I would suggest going.

I've been in these various auction games for the last 20 years. This auction house has everything from art to high-end jewelry, even bronzes and Persian rugs. there's always something new. From my experience I get better prices than if I were to biy at full retail. I once scored a deL on a painting for 3k and then saw a similar peice foe 8500 also had a ring that was appraised after rhe auctiom qnr my secodary appraiser said it was much more rhan the appraisal. lot more than what other places they told me it was worth so yes in general I'm extremely happy with my experience. Come check it put but keep ot quiet? I cant give of my girts away

Windsor Auction House Auctioneer Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
One of the best auction experiences I've ever had I haven't been to many auctions but I like the auctioneer, Paul. He does a very good job entertaining the crowd and the quality of jewelry and art is always different. recommended if you know what you're doing. But be careful not getting in over your head. spend what you can otherwise just enjoy the show

Complete scam, replicas and fakes

We bought 6 items last year when they were in the Dallas area operating as Windsor Auction House. After we brought the items home, we had them appraised and everything was confirmed to be fakes and reproductions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this traveling sideshow. They are back in the Dallas area, this time with yet another name change, West Field Auction House. They do have some common items that are real, like globes and rugs, but way overpriced. Just do a quick ebay check of the item to see what it is really worth. You'll be shocked. Don't fall for AUCTION FEVER. These guys really know how to oversell a crowd. They are professional scammers. You have been warned. If it is too late, and you bought something from them, call them immediately and demand to get a full refund or else you will scandalize them on every social media site that you belong to. That is how we got our money back.

False Advertising and violation of Cal Code 1812.600 (failure to hold active bond)

Seller advertised and sold jewelry with certificates of valuation at 10x actual value of goods (based on 5 independent appraisals). Attempts to communicate with seller was unsuccessful. The previous positive comment/review is fake and directly from Windsor Auction House. Ron the Auctioneer posted this comment in order to perpetuate his SCAM company. Windsor Auction House is a SCAM and Ron the Auctioneer is a Crook. Do not believe any positive comments because they are all from Ron the Auctioneer. He sells fake paintings, jewelry, etc.. He is only interested in money. He is a Crook. Do not buy from Windsor Auction House!!!!! Call BBB immediately. When you sign the receipt you will sign your rights away. Do not sign the receipt. He tells you one thing and the receipt says the opposite. WARNING!!!

Windsor Auction House Sells counterfeit products as genuine

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I bought several pieces of diamond and gold jewelry from Windsor Auction House and they gave me a fake certificate of appraisal. The jewelry is basically costume jewelry and worth a less than $100 but the AIG appraisal states its worth $12,000! All the products Windsor Auction House sells come with these fake certificates of appraisal. The Paintings are all worth less than $100-200 at the most. Do not buy anything from Windsor Auction House. Warning! Do not sign receipt! To shut down Windsor Auction House you must complain to the Federal Trade Commission and issue a complaint. They will initial an investigation the more complaints they receive and will issue a class action lawsuit against Windsor Auction House. 877-382-**** Also submit a complaint to Bureau of Consumer Affairs. They communicate with the FTC and other agencies that will put Ron "the Manager/Auctioneer" or Ronen Varsha in Jail where he belongs.

Windsor Auction House issues Phony Certificates of Appraisal

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Windsor Auction House issues Phony Certificates of Appraisals on all items they sell. Ron "the Manager" is a thief and very dumb as well. Talks like a non-educated guy. The American International Gemologist (AIG) company is a fake. Appraisals by AIG are over inflated. Do not sign receipt. You will sign your right away! Windsor Auction House is a scam "company." To shut down Windsor Auction House you must complain to the Federal Trade Commission and issue a complaint. They will initial an investigation the more complaints they receive and will issue a class action lawsuit against Windsor Auction House. 877-382-**** Also complain to Better Business Bureau.

A new way to buy. First time at an auction. Had a great time learning about art collecting. The auctioneer spent lot of time explaining the merits of owning an art collection. I have a nice house, so decorating with nice art was sort of a given. I went with a 5k budget but wound d up spending 12k. Not exactly as planned but ive never owned a picasso or tarkay either. I also won a raffle for a disney sericel.

I just came from the auction yesterday although this is not my first experience with an auction I found it to be very exciting. there wete too many people here so I wound up only bidding on one item but I am happy with my purchase. the auctioneer is very confident and seems to know exactly what he's doing. personally, I've had all of my prior purchases checked out by a professional and I've never had an issue with one single item so reading the prior review seems a bit over the top. Im not sure why the net breeds so much hate but I suppose there will always be people that need a soap box. now, I've been going to Auction for the last 20 years my first discover them with Park West Gallery and I know for certain the people get caught up in the action so it sounds to me, this is exactly what happened. Anyway I recommend the auction experience if you do your research and you know what you're doing

Great Auction experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
It was just all out of curiosity to see how an auction works.. There was nothing to pay upfront ..i just have to fill up some forms which is alright.. Auctioneer was knowledgeable and professional ; has incredible insight to all the art pieces. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were willing to assist and answer any question you have. They have fantastic merchandise.. plenty of amazing finds and with good taste.. Anybody can go out and buy something new; literally has treasures..Prices are great at most times..Haggling for it makes it more fun. I would love to go again especially if i get a another coupon to spend.
